How long does delivery take within the UK?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. For those who can't wait to get on the road, express next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.

What is your return policy for electric ride-on cars?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If the car has not been assembled or driven outdoors, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Do the cars come with a warranty?

Yes, all our vehicles come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering the motors and battery, and a 12-month warranty on the chassis and bodywork.

Are the ride-on cars safe for toddlers?

Safety is our priority. Most of our models include a parental remote control, adjustable seat belts, and a soft-start function to prevent sudden jolts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay to help spread the cost.

How do I assemble my new car?

Each car comes with a detailed instruction manual. Most models require approximately 30-45 minutes of assembly, primarily attaching the wheels, steering wheel, and seat.
